| After Mike was on the road delivering tamales to everyone from HEB to the mom & pop BBQ joints, he decided that it was time to go back into the restaurant business. Having given much consideration to what he had seen while delivering tamales, he decided that barbeque was what he needed to do. He wanted to have a BBQ joint like no one had seen before. The recipes started coming together with the help of his old chefs Fidel Maldonado and Sergio Esparza. With the help of Miss Milly, the beautiful decor came together and they were off and running. Willy Ray's Bar-B-Q prides themselves on being family owned and selling fresh made recipes. Mike and Milly always have had a sense of pride when serving the public and only served the freshest food possible. Their growth in the business has only come from our repeat business and word of mouth advertising.
