Willy Ray's is not your typical Bar-B-Q. joint that offers just store bought potato salad, ranch beans and mayonnaise cold slaw. We make everything fresh daily. we use fresh frozen turnip greens, corn, broccoli, black eye peas and green beans.

Our "potato casserole","turnip green casserole" and especially our "carrot soufflé" are a few of the recipes that have helped make Willy Ray's Bar-B-Q stand out above the rest. Make no bones about it, it's our smoked meats that brings our customers back but our side dishes sure help to bring the ladies back.
